Katharina Dalka

Founder & CEO

CEO of StellarOne, Katharina Dalka has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy advisory services. With her professional background in Europe, Africa, and Middle East, and being Stanford Trained Negotiatior, her speciality lies in complex cross-boarder negotiations for fintech and medtech.

Speaker at Finovate, Cambridge WIB, Financial Time, Africa Pay & ID Expo, and Africa Banking Forum, she hones the skill of closing diverse, intricate, and challenging deals.

She began her career in Paris as an IT project manager, managing major projects like the IT post-merger integration of Air France and KLM. Joining strategy consulting boutique Teknowlogy, she was then named Head of M&A/Fintech and built the European Teknowlogy Corporate Development Practice from the ground.

After 7 years, she moved to London and worked for “Technology Fast500 EMEA ranking” company MotorK as Head of Corporate Development before starting her own business where she was in charge of Acquisitions and Corporate Partnerships.

Now, with StellarOne, she uses her experience to lead her team and successfully grow her company.

She is fluent in English, French and German and communicates in Spanish, Italian and Moroccan Arabic.

Maximilienne Dupont

Senior Advisor

Senior Advisor at StellarOne with a strong implication in business development, Maximilienne Dupont has worked extensively in investment advisory and corporate development before including transitioning to strategic advisory in her field of expertise. She is responsible for strategic consulting, market research, investment-related projects, and stakeholder management.

Having worked in Paris, Hong Kong, and London, her experience ranges from working with early-stage venture capital boutiques to hedge funds, credit specialist investment companies, and private investment firms.

She is fluent in English and French.

Mariam Karkarashvili

Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant at StellarOne, Mariam Karkarashvili has extensive expertise in high-level data analysis using Python and business intelligence with PowerBIs. She is excellent in understanding complex geo-political relationships from her Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs, and offers unique insight into the intricacies of working across international borders.

With a diploma in Project Management, experience in Hotel Business Intelligence, and exploring innovative management solutions for distributive organizations, she works as an independent consultant on projects and directly with final clients.

She speaks fluent English, Spanish, and French.

Dorothée d’Argentré

Executive Administrator of StellarOne, Dorothée d’Argentré has 25+ years of experience as an accomplished professional. She took on roles in middle office auditing, supply chain management/project management, and executive administration in various domains, such as banking, oil & gas, and consulting. She is the backbone of the team, streamlining administration and finances.

Dorothée has worked globally, from Paris to Gabon, Ecuador, Cameroon, and now based in London. With a (French) Master in Economics and Finance, and an (American) MBA in International Marketing, and recently acquired a qualification for British Accounting at AAT. Her operational excellence exemplifies business efficiency ensures smooth communications.
